Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all media is securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
